3 days minimum stay, but there can be exceptions.
Validated rentals are fixed for a defined number of guests including children. This number may not be exceeded during the stay, except by prior agreement with the management of the villa.

The owner is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage of the guests' goods and for any injury or damage that can occur during the stay.
The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the property. Damages to the villa and goods will be charged to the guest except for normal wear and tear. Guest must ensure that the villa is returned in the same condition as upon arrival.
The guests should be respectful to the neighborhood and should avoid being loud and noisy after midnight.
We remind you that it is prohibited to solicit external services with sexual connotations, or to bring or consume any kind of drugs.
For your information, the Indonesian law condemns these crimes and severely punishes with death penalty in the worst case, or life imprisonment.
Under the Indonesian law, all villa guests must be registered with the local police within 24 hours of their arrival.
To this end, a photocopy of the passport of each guest will be required and must be submitted no later than the day of their arrival.
The cost of this statement remains the responsibility of the Villa.
Reservations and Payments
For all bookings and validation of stay, a deposit of 50% is claimed by bank transfer.
A reservation is valid only after receipt of the deposit.
The balance of the rent will be due two weeks before arrival by bank transfer.
In all cases, the balance of the rent must be paid before taking possession of the villa.
In case of cancellation, down payment will be refunded if cancelled 3 months or before the check in date. If cancelled within 3 months of check in date, 50% deposit will not be refunded.
Names of guests and details of flights, arrival and departure must be send to us as soon as possible if airport pick up service is requested.
Your requests for airport / villa transfer will be performed by a driver who will meet you at the Ngurah Rai International Airport, equipped with a sign with your name.
